One Book Nova Scotia – 2012 Survey

You are invited to complete an online survey, asking about your experiences in One Book Nova Scotia.  Anyone who participated in One Book Nova Scotia in any way is encouraged to complete this survey.  If you agree to participate, your participation will involve completing a short online survey, which should take no more than 10-15 minutes.

You may choose not to answer some or all of the questions and you may stop the survey at any time before completing it.  Your responses will be anonymous and confidential: no identifying information is being collected other than demographic data.

This is your opportunity to share your experiences in One Book Nova Scotia.  An analysis of participants’ responses will be shared with the Steering Committee and a summary of the findings from this survey will be posted to the One Book Nova Scotia website in early 2013.
